Description
Video taken on Pennsylvania Avenue in front of the US capitol building. Took the video at around 1045pm ET tonight. Saw an object below the clouds with erratic movements which wasn’t a plane, and wasn’t a star/planet as it was under the clouds. it eventually went behind the clouds but we observed it for a solid 10 minutes.
