Description
Photo taken at 6:39 p.m. just off Heckle Blvd in Rock Hill, SC. This thing was moving slowly several hundred feet above the road. After I snapped this, lights toward the front began flashing colors in three-round bursts with a single light pulsing on the back. Will post the video as well.
