Description
The UFO of a bright white light arrived from the Black Sea and hovered in one spot for 1.5hr before disappearing. First helicopter to spot it lost his GPS as soon as he visually saw it. ATC controller said they can identify all types of aircraft and this was the first time they could not. It was witnessed by ATC, all pilots and they believed it to be a UFO. Romanian scientists suggested they were “celestial bodies” like plasmoids. Tuzla Airport Constanta Romania 12/09
