Second attempt because I uploaded the wrong video (I took lots).
Video taken at about 8:15pm, Eastern Passage NS, looking partially towards Halifax, lights are seen kind of over McNabs Island, but seem very far off.
Lots of motion, lights coming on and off, with my binoculars I could see tons of lights swarming almost , genuinely hundreds.
The 3 lights that seem fixed, I thought they were stars, but nope, they suddenly disappeared completely around 8:40pm.
