Alex Wiggins, an active-duty Navy chief, says he watched a glowing Tic Tac-shaped object rise from the water off USS Jackson (LCS-6) on Feb. 15, 2023, around 7:15 p.m. PST. The ship was in the W-291 warning area off Southern California. He says it met three similar objects and all four left at once. He testified at the House Oversight UAP task force hearing on Sept. 9, 2025, and says the object was tracked on radar and a Star SAFIRE EO/IR system. The CIC footage has been public since April 2025, but skeptics say it shows only a small blob and is far from conclusive. Nobody has publicly released the raw radar data, and the Navy has not explained the event. If the sensors recorded this, why hasn’t the full data package been released?
