Was in St. Lucia this past week. While waiting for our ride to dinner, my wife and I were sitting out on the resort viewing deck.

My wife originally pointed out “blinking stars” and asked if I knew what it could possible be.

Looking for anyone to confirm if these could be satellites or have seen anything similar.

It was hovering in place and also seemed to be rotating. It was high above the ocean. We observed it for roughly 10-15 minutes before our ride arrived.

Dinner took roughly 1-1.5 hours.

When we returned to our room, we went out on the patio to see if the object was still visible. The object had moved to a new location, but was still hovering high above the ocean.
