Description

Saw this greenish blue orb-like light or drone outside my window so I started filming it. I couldn't tell what it was but I thought it was strange that it was just hovering there. I went to get a higher vantage point from the stairs in my apartment and right when I zoomed in it started moving. I was not at a great angle to follow it but I tried my best and it seemed to flash green, blue, red, and purple at different moments as it circled around my building out of view. It's hard to spot but if you freeze certain shots you can see the different colours.

This was actually the second time I saw it. The first time I didn't have my phone. It was hovering in one spot and as soon as I got to that higher vantage point it started moving like in the video. Somehow I caught it the second time when it circled back around.

To be honest, but it did feel like it realized I could see it both times and started moving. I just happened to capture it the second time. I'm only adding this because I've seen other people say the same thing about it reacting to them. I do appreciate that I may reading into though, it's hard to tell.
