AARO memo DOW-UAP-D176 describes a matte-black triangle, 13-15 feet across, seen by two federal special agents and a third official at a sensitive site in the western U.S. The object rose 200-300 feet over a ridgeline, hovered for about 20 seconds, then banked and dropped toward a canyon in two to three seconds. A ground survey the next morning found no wreckage or scarring. The FBI’s own statement (FBI-UAP-D043) says the whole event lasted about three seconds, and the two documents differ by an hour on the time of the first call. AARO says the case warrants further investigation, and both files only went public on Oct. 23 in PURSUE Release 07. Why release a case this open, and why now?
