For over a year I've been seeing these lights. Usually in the same direction, they appear to fly left and right, up and down, the lights fading and reappearing over and over for nearly an hour. The night before last when they finished, two of them lit up real bright and perpendicular of each other they slowly fly up in tandem out of sight.

I have some crappy video, but I get so shaky when I see them. The excitement and awe I feel is crazy. I feel crazy talking about them right now. Another thing is, and this ridiculous, I feel like they tease me. I mean, I'll try to pull out my phone to get a pic and they'll go away. Put my phone back and they'll come out... Last night I was able to get these and prove to myself (and others) that I'm not going insane.

Just needed to share this with someone. I've drove out toward them, unable to find anything. Sometimes I see helicopters from the nearby base fly around, but those are so obvious. These appear and disappear without reason, almost. And other aircraft will fly right into their airspace. They'll react by winking out for a bit until the plane is gone.
