Sorry for the short shit video, but it was sent to me by my brother. He is used to working on military aircraft and says these were not it. I told him they could have been birds but he swears they were bright lights and he observed them moving all around in no discernible direction for a few minutes before deciding to pull out and record a 7 second video. He says they emitted no sound but were moving extremely fast.

We have followed my brother around all over military towns in the south and southeast and it is not our first time seeing something unusual together. The first time was in Virginia Beach. I am trying to get the video from my wife and I will upload in a separate post. Are these birds?
