They are either simple lens flares, Bugs, parallax illusions, balloons, starlink / satellites. Maybe AARO isnt wrong when they say 97% of all sightings can be explained.

And btw I'm an experiencer of the phenomena myself, I've seen a genuine ufo.. I'm just incredibly picky when it comes to evidence because I know the bar is set high.

But i stumbled upon this video recently, I believe it belongs in the same class as the ufo I saw, the 3%. Check how it zips off near the end.
