Description
In February this year I seen a UFO hovering over Lucerne for around 1 hour before it simply disappeared. It was completely still and looked like it was oscillating. I have some other photos which will illustrate what I mean by oscillating, kind of like what you imagine an atom looks like with parts around it orbiting.
I have a video of this aswell, however I am not sure how to upload it.
In one of the photos it looks similar to the Manchester ufo.
