I found this footage captured in Shinjuku by a Japanese housewife after seeing the recent "2011 Fukushima UAP's" post on this sub and searching for more UFO footage captured in Japan around that time. It was filmed a few months after the Fukushima incident on May 8th. Personally, I wonder if this phenomena could be related to earthquake lights, but would like to know people's thoughts on that.
The person who captured the video wrote a nicely detailed blog post (http://shinjuku-ufo.com/) as well, though you'll have to use translate since it's in Japanese.
