In 2013 I saw this. I was walking home and while looking at my phone to switch to another song I was listening. I noticed a bright light in the corner of my eye. When I looked up I saw what I can only describe as a glowing disc five to six meters in diameter coming towards me silently it stopped above me and was hovering for a few moments. I was awestruck and i began processing in my mind what this could be a searchlight drone helicopter??. As silently as it stopped above me. It began to move away from me. It flew right towards a naval training facility. It stopped above it and began to move erratically in a zig zag motion. At this moment I realized I needed to film otherwise nobody would believe what I just saw.
To this day i am not sure what I have seen. I had the video looked at by an engineer I knew from a local astronomy club. He said that he does not know what I could have been.
