Summary:
Garry Nolan showed data of a brain scan, that may have let us narrow down research around anti-gravity topics and mysterious deaths in the Huntsville, Alabama scientific space involving the DOD, IC and NASA. This is the same research community that when Amy Eskridge mentioned in a conference meeting to attendees, how when research went into certain known directions--she didn't say which out loud--all the research and public knowledge would immediately vanish into the black projects world, as if bought out aggressively. The room basically nods and assents "yep". If anyone has that video, I cannot find it now. She was to the right of the video framing, with the attendees to the left.
For those of you who have researched this topic, this may gave you a lot more data.

Previously and background...
*Amy Eskridge was a scientist from the inner circle of researchers working on revolutionary propulsion technologies. After graduating from UAH with a double major in chemistry and biology, she became interdisciplinary and mastered electrical engineering, chemistry, physics, genetic engineering and nanotechnology. She founded the Institute for Exotic Science in Huntsville, Alabama, and planned to make insider knowledge about secret science and technology known. But she soon ran into problems: her house was broken into several times, she was under surveillance, friends and family were intimidated. Amy already suspected that she was taking a dangerous path with her planned revelations. But she continued. On June 11, 2022, she was finally found dead in front of her house, her body immediately cremated. Was it really suicide? Her close friend Franc Milburn doubts it. The former British military analyst had spoken to her on the phone a few hours before her death. His research suggests that Amy Eskridge was murdered.*
* Beatriz Villarroel of VASCO, ExoProbe and SOL, along with UFO researcher Courtney Marchesani tweeted about Amy Eskridge (1987 - 2022), chair and founder of The Institute for Exotic Science in Huntsville, AL, who mysteriously died--and that she may have contacted David Grusch and come up in Congress. I recommend reading that in a new tab and coming right back here. Once ready...

DOE Advanced Propulsion Gravity Research
(Garry Nolan Made a Huge Mistake)
Garry Nolan admits he made a huge mistake when he publicly released a brain scan image that identified a brain injury patient working on 'Advanced Propulsion Gravity research' for the Department of Energy.

I think there is a very good chance that brain belongs to Dr. Ning Li, or maybe to Dr. Doug Torr.
The timing lines up to when her son reported that PRC MSS visited and unsuccessfully attempted to recruit Ning Li.
Suppose the plan was to attempt to recruit her and then use DEW on her if she said no.
Per her son, from 2001-2015 she was working at Redstone Arsenal on classified programs.
She was a CEO of her own company, AC Gravity.
Torr was CEO of his own company, Phase-Space Time Associates, LLC.
Torr and Vargas’ 2008 patented device, “the Vargas Engine”, is described as a dark cube within a clear sphere.
Perhaps PRC stole the technology. Subcontractors are known for being the data security weak link.
Seen later performing hostile maneuvers by Lt. Ryan Graves (@uncertainvector)
It would not be the only time DEW were used in Huntsville to harass or functionally assassinate American antigravity scientists.

There is very little online tying Vargas, Li and Torr together. Google basically dies on a private, now-defunct Wordpress blog:
* https://quantumantigravity.wordpress.com
Thankfully, the Internet Archive has it:
* https://web.archive.org/web/20221004023702/https://quantumantigravity…
And even ties together Torr and Li with evidence:
Dr. Douglas G. Torr is presently employed by the US Department of Defence, working on classified projects as a consequence of his company PST Associates LLC status of a former US Department of Defense contractor.
Earlier, Dr. Torr had collaborated with Dr. Ning Li at the University of Alabama in Huntsville on the following research:

Prof. Timir Datta was involved in the university-funded development of a “Gravity Generator” in 1996 and 1997, with then-fellow university researcher Dr. Douglas G. Torr. According to a leaked document from the Office of Technology Transfer at the University of South Carolina and confirmed to Wired Magazine reporter Charles Platt in 1998, the device would create a “force beam” in any desired direction and the university planned to patent and license this device. Neither information about this university research project nor any “Gravity Generator” device was ever made public. Despite the apparent less than successful outcome of the “Gravity Generator” development effort with Douglas Torr, Timir Datta became interested in the effects of electric fields on gravitation, expanding on Torr’s theoretical work on the subject.

But wait--there is more. On that same blog, we have copies of articles referencing Ning Li's work:
* https://web.archive.org/web/20201228201932/https://quantumantigravity…
From that blog archival:
What Happened to Dr. Ning Li and Her Anti-Gravity Research?
*”I have collected all the measurement data for my equations. If we take a mass and rotate it very rapidly, we can generate gravity. We can increase gravity, we can weaken it, we can steer it in any direction. I have the theory. I will publish it. I have all the mathematical equations. I will explain it. I think my theory is mature. I will tell the whole scientific world: Antigravity is nothing to laugh about. I think the experiments of Dr. Podkletnov have shown the antigravity effect crystal clear. This is too important. It should belong to all the American people.”*
— Dr. Ning Li ( Antigravitation entdeckt (https://web.archive.org/web/20201203013340/http://userpage.fu-berlin.…) )
Dr. Ning Li sent a private email to colleagues in May 2003, claiming to have experimentally verified a large scale antigravity effect of 11kW output, only to abruptly disappear from public view.
Ning Li died soon afterward, as did Amy Eskridge, who was on a similar research track as Li, in the same area, with similar research circles.
Why do researchers of anti-gravity keep vanishing or dying?
Read the article that someone pulled offline after 2022--it's a huge collection of data.
