Richard Dempsey's account of the first Reagan ET briefing is fascinating, and to me, really compelling.

It's alleged to have been recorded at Camp David over the weekend of March 7–8, 1981, in the company of four advisors, a transcriber, and 'The Caretaker' of the secret.

Reagan was indeed at Camp David on that weekend, and the alleged weekend of the second briefing.

Dempsey's collaborator, Victor Martinez, claims to have been "provided the names of ALL eight (8) individuals who participated in the classified briefing plus even the name of the CIA briefing transcriber. Five (5) of the presidential briefing participants are still alive -- plus the CIA transcriber -- so I made the "executive"/editorial decision to MASK THOSE NAMES from public view and replace them with "ADVISER #1" - "ADVISER #4." For the fifth individual, he is referred to only as "The CARETAKER." The CIA transcriber is referred to as just that. Including President REAGAN, only three (3) individuals are named as they have all passed on to the afterlife."

The deceased individuals named by Martinez are Ronald Reagan, Caspar Weinberger, and William Casey.

Just prior to Reagan's second briefing in October of the same year, Reagan's daily diary (https://www.reaganlibrary.gov/archives/reagans-daily-diary) has him meeting with Alexander Haig, James Baker, Edwin Meese III, Michael Deaver, VP George Bush Sr, Weinberger, Casey, Richard Allen, and Helene Bergen (his secretary). Ostensibly this was to discuss the assassination of the Egyptian President.

At the time of writing (October 2006), Haig, Baker, Meese, Deaver, Bush, Allen and Bergen were all still alive. I think it's a fair bet that this group comprises the advisors and the transcriber.

As of November 2024, James Baker, Edwin Meese III, and Richard V. Allen are still alive. Will they be called to testify on November 13?

PS: I'm not sure about the identity of The Caretaker. In the transcript, he claims to "have been employed by the CIA for the past 31 years (around 1950). I started the caretaking status of this project in 1960. We have a special group of people whom we call 'Group 6,' that cares for all this information."

Casey describes The Caretaker as "a contract employee of the CIA and... (in 1981) the present custodian of the information." Based on Martinez's above criteria, I assume he was still alive in 2006.
