First step in my analysis was to match the text size and took text size to be Arial:

Then I tried fitting in various possible text for 1. explanation and 3. explanation,

Then this below image was the one for potential content. Which were:

1. ARS or Interdimensional Crafts

2. Experimental Military Technology

But for the above I did not include adversarial technologies to be as a potential explanations.

Then I also analyzed the potential number of reports analyzed and last so many years and found out it to be a Two-Digit Number. It is not a three digit number since it was slightly flowing and spacing wasn't correct.
