I don't hold too much stock in most supposed UAP footage, but User 5's videos though subtle are extremely compelling and telling of these "crafts" nature. The video posted is just a short example and I highly encourage you watch every video he has. He talks about the IR camera he's using as well as the settings and conditions, indicating that these things are absolutely not bugs or birds.
