had to repost but this is what i saw last night around 8:30pm east coast

so last night around 8:34pm my bf and i were outside and saw this. the top dot is for sure a star / planet it was there the whole time, didn’t move at all. i’m just curious if anyone has an explanation on what this could be

or if you have any links showing what this is that’d be cool. idk anything about drones, satellites, aircraft and what not so
