Description
On October 4th 1982, the USSR had an encounter with a UFO that activated multiple nuclear weapons and got ready for launch. We know of similar cases in the U.S were a UFO was sighted above a ICBM hanger and disabling or enabling nuclear weapons. Whatever was behind this case, got Moscow shaking in fear, with no control over the most precious weapons.
