Description

My cousin took this picture about 20 mins ago in Ocean City NJ. He was in traffic on a bridge entering town. Anybody else see it. His description was it was just kinda hovering there, moved maybe 9 blocks slowly, then he lost site of it when he got off the bridge. Tried to find it in the sky again and it wasn't there. He said people on the beach must have seen it too.
