Description

1) First incident was at dusk and the object looked like birds until it fused together as one and didnt move.

2) Second time was a lot like the first one but it was during the day and it was shimmering. Like shards of glass or crystals.

3) This video shows a white sphere. It turns into multiple different objects.
-A clear bubble
-Multiple blinking lights
-A ring of energy

I almost didnt post this because it doesnt to the sighting justice. It was very bizarre and to all the balloon people, this thing was very low at one point and it was not a bunch of balloons.
