I recorded this video back in 2016 in São Paulo, and it has intrigued me ever since. It was around 11pm, and the behavior I witnessed was on a loop (I stayed there for around +25 minutes): flashes in a triangular format, followed by a big reddish light that started blinking. Then, many little lights began appearing below this "main" one, forming a chain of lights.

Recently, I was discussing this video with a friend, and to my surprise, she had filmed something very similar. I wasn't able to add her video to the post/comments due to Reddit support or community rules. Any insight about this material would be much appreciated!
