Description
This video was taken in England in 2008 and shows a triangle craft rotating. Iam not sure what this is. At first the only possible exp might be some kind of solar balloon but that doesn't make sense since those are only bouyed by the heat of the sun. And it's cloudy and very windy in the video. So this is truly an unexplained case in my opinion.
