I tried to stay quiet, hoping sound voices would rise up and put the CIGAR UFO/USO IN ANTARTICA to bed, but alas here we are. Just look up fata morgana over water and you will get hundreds of similar images and videos. This mirage can happen anywhere, especially in cold polar areas.
