At first glance we thought it was a big plastic bag or deflated weather balloon. It moved about 50 mph from around 3,000’ AGL as it slowly climbed for 11 minutes until it got too small to see, probably around 10,000’. Must have been about 150’ in diameter. It stayed shiny and perfectly visible, morphing and rotating like a thick glob of gooey silk, but metallic at the same time. As a professional helicopter pilot, I can judge height and distance a bit better than I could before I started flying 10 years ago. Not a weather balloon haha 😆
