Hey y'all, I started making a series of videos around the theme of why regular folks should probably start caring about the UAP topic, using credible public statements from high-profile officials. You may have seen the Matt Gaetz one I posted yesterday (https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/16q2qlp/a_reminder_on_rep_matt…).

The point I try to bring across with these videos is that UAP discourse is no longer a fringe topic reserved for late night drunken conversations. That doesn't mean we know where this disclosure push is going to end up, it just means we should all be doing our part to maximise the transparency of the discourse going forward.

As you may (or may not) know, Senator Marco Rubio has been pretty vocal about his support for understanding the nature of the UAP issue since at least about 2021 (https://heguardian.com/us-news/2021/may/17/ufo-report-marco-rubio-urg…), and has gone one to make some pretty powerful public statements (like the ones included in this video). I've found it pretty useful when talking to my own friends/family about the topic to refer to these kinds of statements, to illustrate just how far the Overton Window has shifted.

His statements really reduce the current discourse to a fascinating binary...only time will tell...
