Description

The other day I shared a video clip of what I could only assume being a UAP by seemingly defying my understanding of physics. I took two, 1:00 long clips of the event while doing my best to utilize my only camera device, unfortunately that being my phone.

Some background on the sighting and some technical aspects:

This was captured on an iPhone 13 Pro Max at 4K30p H.246 but given the heavily-processed output file from the iPhone, these details don’t mean entirely too much but may help anyone looking to assess this scientifically.

With my background heavily focused on cinematography and marketing, it’s made me very apprehensive to post this knowing how little this may bring to the table. But I’m doing this amongst a number of similar reports regarding these blue erratic orbs.

*I do want to stress this one point though:*

Despite the underwhelming quality and detail shown in this sighting, I can say with 100% certainty that this was no “lens reflection” found commonly in iPhone and phone clips alike.

My career is centered around an attention to detail with dozens of weddings filmed, television spots, and documentaries; it’s imperative to be cognizant of what’s happening in real-time while capturing what’s critical to being in the frame. This was a case I witnessed this happen both physically with my own eyes, as well as “through the lens” of my phone. The two are completely unique and the video of this truly serves little justice to what we had witnessed, but nonetheless show something anomalous in nature.

In this particular case, the night sky was vastly lit with stars. Upon capturing on my phone it was clear that a ton of image data was lost by my phone’s software manipulation but what still stood out was the single dancing light gliding incomprehensibly fast horizontally, with a couple instances of vertical “blinks”.

I’m considering doing a more comprehensive edit with my own shoddy analysis on an actual computer using after effects to track and stabilize the frame. This would hopefully make any distinct visible parallax happening with the light within the frame. Unfortunately, I’ve only been working with my phone on this as I haven’t had much personal time outside of my work ( hilariously enough considering the times we’re in ). I worry that even this video’s level of “post-processing” is considered taboo here, so I just need a motive behind doing the extra work and so if there’s interest in that perspective I want to know.
