My roommate hurt his back at work today and went to lay down outside. He saw circular orbs intermittently, and said at one point three of them locked into a circular formation with one of them moving in tighter circles within the main circle. He got several customers and coworkers to witness the orbs with him. It doesn't look like much from the video - they are apparently very hard to get an iPhone to lock onto from so far away. However, you can tell it's not a drone with a propulsion mechanism or something floating in the wind, as it changes direction before it leaves the view.
