Description

Evidently, Rep. Mike Turner has not lived up to his obligations as the Chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

It's worth noting that Rep. Turner holds a significant position as a member of the Gang of 8, granting him the authority to seek the verifiable information that the Intelligence Community's Inspector General (ICIG) possesses.

Instead of actively pursuing information from David Grusch or the ICIG, he chose to outright disregard Mr. Grusch's testimony during a live television appearance. Regrettably, he has failed to fulfill this responsibility thus far.

Rep. Tim Burchett when asked by reported Matt Laslo, "if Republican leaders—Chairs Turner, Comer and, thus, Speaker McCarthy—can “bury” their ongoing UFO investigation."
'Yeah. Yeah, they can—not allow us to...have the select committee, which looks like it’s the road they're going down."

House Oversight Committee members recently wrote to the ICIG asking for specific verifiable information based on Mr. Grusch's testimony.
Rep. Turner's disregard for UAP transparency is troubling, but his failure to seek the truth given his position is truly shocking.

Amid Rep. Turner's obstruction of transparency, a parallel emerges: Senator Schumer, another Gang of 8 member, along with a cohort of senators, has presented a comprehensive 64-page legislation called The UAP Disclosure Act of 2023 within the NDAA.

Legitimate worries persist that Rep. Mike Turner could scale down The UAP Disclosure Act of 2023 before NDAA approval. It is crucial for this Act to pass. Also, it is important for UAP whistleblower protection laws to be upheld.
