This media was not taken by me, it was taken off a Facebook group on a location near me.

This morning at about 10 AM I saw a red glowing thing spinning in the sky. I tried to take a video but my phone sucks and you couldn’t see it. I thought it was weird but I shrugged it off. Later this day I saw this posted on a Facebook group, and some people say they’ve seen it too. I had never seen this kind of thing before irl, although I have read about UFOS, NHI and other such things before. I really don’t think it’s aliens, does anyone have an idea of what it could be? It looks weirdly elongated, and it was a very bright red color. Could it have something to do with the World Cup or something?
