Location: Victoria BC

I thought I'd share with you guys. See what you think.

I apologize for the shitty cam work, I was on my phone with a 30x zoom.

What could it be? A baloon maybe? It seemed quite high.

Had to stop filming when it got behind the tree and I lost sight of it...
