IGNORE CAPTION on screen. Someone i know put this on their instagram story. I have seen the same shaped thing maybe 6 months earlier, it appears to have some sort of illumination and transparency to it, almost appearing like gas or plasma, the one i witness myself appeard to almost melt or drip to dissapear.
