Let's talk about a rabbit hole I stumbled down that was quite interesting. It shows how deep secrecy goes.
The US government uses acronyms in their web addresses, it's a well known fact. On reddit I was directed to a DNI pdf with some weird websites...

rspace is a supposed forum that needs special access and is hidden from the public, and it is alleged that UAPs are discussed on that site. So, I did a bit of research on the acronyms being used, and it's intergang to say the least.

Looking at the DOD IIS IC . GOV and breaking it down into the following acronym:
Department of Defense Interagency and International Services . Intelligence Community . gov website

the ".ic" is using some type of special access only site. Any info is appreciated.

JWICS (Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System)
which is is accessed via "terminals" in protected facilities known as Secret Compartmentalized Information Facilities.
There is no WEBSITE LOGIN. So the people getting the pamphlet would have to use a JWICS terminal.
