He mentions the Roswell incident where initially the military claims they recovered a crashed UFO, then the next day saying it was only a weather balloon, to again changing it in the 90s to saying it was a secret spy balloon; Something that didn't need to be kept secret.

Covers Project Blue book and how it was largely solely for debunking, and how the lead scientist recanted his previous statements and said it may be even more than just as simple as aliens.
