One of my recent posts questioned why “Top Secret/ Restricted Data / SIGMAS as required” information, which relates to nuclear weapons *design,* would need to be available to the ATP participants. This got me thinking – was the military planning to use high-altitude nuke-generated plasmas as a shield against hostile UFO/UAP incursions in the late 1980s?

Having stumbled across Project Unity’s recent interview with Oke Shannon over the weekend, I listened with interest when Oke stated the following about the Advanced Theoretical Physics conference in May / August 1985:

"*They pulled all these people from within Government with Top Secret clearances that were working in fields that might impact the UFO environment*".

Oke’s statement, in my opinion, confirmed there was a direct connection between the participant’s subject matter expertise (in the case of the three LANL participants, this was nuclear weapon *design*) and how they might impact the UFO environment – the question is now, in what way do the designs of the various types of nuclear weapons impact UFOs / UAPs?

From my research, the actual *design* of a nuclear weapon detonated exo-atmospherically does not affect the amount or area of impact of the Electro-Magnetic Pulse (EMP) generated. Charles S. Grace, in his *Nuclear Weapons: Principals, Effects and Survivability* (Volume 10 of Land Warfare: Brassey’s New Battlefield Weapons Systems and Technology Series 1994) states the following:

*“**In our discussion of EMP we have made no mention of weapon yield so far. The reason is that when the intense nuclear radiation pulses produce ionization in the air there are saturation effects which make the resulting EMP fields not fully dependent on yield. Details of field strengths and pulse shapes quoted earlier may therefore be taken as applying for all yields”**.* (Page 97).

Therefore, if an EMP pulse had the ability to disable or “brick” UFOs / UAPs (as Lue Elizondo implied on James Iandoli’s interview), the design of the weapon (gun type, implosion-type or thermonuclear) would be irrelevant. In that case, why would the ATP Group be interested in the weapon *designs*?

I now firmly believe that the mechanism that interferes with UFO/UAP is *not* EMP (although this would certainly “brick” human civilization if multiple instances occurred) – it is actually a phenomenon created by the weapons debris. The design of a nuclear weapon used to create this phenomenon from the remnant explosion debris is CRITICAL, and this is why I think the ATP conference wanted TS/RD SIGMA nuclear weapons design information available “*as required*”

To quote Grace again:

“*The exo-atmospheric EMP story is not over yet. The weapon debris forms a highly conducting plasma. As it expands it pushes aside the Earth’s magnetic field lines, creating ripples in them called magnetohydrodynamic waves. These propagate around the Earth, and, though their amplitude is only a fraction of a volt per meter, they may persist for up to 100 seconds.”* (page 96).

The highly conducting ionospheric plasma that pushes apart the Earth’s magnetic field lines might be the actual mechanism that disrupts UFOs/UAPs, and forms a “shield” above the location to be anti- access/area denied to them (A2AD). The ATP Group might have been interested to know which nuclear weapon type generated the most debris (from the heavy depleted uranium tamper/shield components that must contain the neutrons flying around inside the weapon to create the number of fission events to achieve the calculated design yield) in order to create the maximum disruptive force against hostile UFOs/ UAPs. Prior to the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty of 1963, this data could be captured empirically; after that date, nuclear weapons generated plasmas had to be simulated by computer models OR ionospheric heating systems such as HAARP. These plasmas either “cut the strings” to the magnetic field lines used as a propulsive force (either locally or remotely in a distant star system) or disrupt the propulsion mechanism in some other way.

There have been several examples of scientists researching the use of electro-magnetism of celestial bodies and magnetic lines of force as a means of propulsion – for example, Hannes Alvfen and Alan C. Holt.

Alfven’s *Double Layers and Circuits in Astrophysics*, was written around the same time as the ATP Conference, and has the following Abstract:

“*As the rate of energy release in a double layer with voltage AV is P IV, a double layer must be treated as a part of a circuit which delivers the current I. As neither double layer nor circuit can be derived from magnetofluid models of a plasma, such models are useless for treating energy transfer by means of double layers. They must be replaced by particle models and circuit theory.*

*A simple circuit is suggested which is applied to the energizing of auroral particles, to solar flares, and to intergalactic double radio sources. Application to the heliospheric current systems leads to the prediction of two double layers on the sun's axis' which may give radiations detectable from earth.*

*Double layers in space should be classified as a new type of celestial object* *(one example is the double radio sources). It is tentatively suggested in X-ray and -y-ray bursts may be due to exploding double layers (although annihilation is an alternative energy source).*

*A study of how a number of the most used textbooks in astrophysics treat important concepts like double layers, critical velocity, pinch effects, and circuits is made.* *It is found that students using these textbooks remain essentially ignorant of even the existence of these, in spite of the fact that some of them have been well-known for half a century (e.g., double layers, Langmuir, 1929: pinch effect, Bennet, 1934).* *The conclusion is that astrophysics is too important to be left in the hands of those astrophysicists who have got their main knowledge from these textbooks.* *Earth-bound and space telescope data must be treated by scientists who are familiar with laboratory and magnetospheric physics and circuit theory, and of course with modern plasma theory.* *It should be remembered that at least by volume the universe consists to more than 99% of plasma, and that electromagnetic forces are 1039 times stronger than gravitation.”*

Basically, Alfven is saying here that there are galactic circuits throughout the Universe that astrophysicists have been ignoring (perhaps purposely?) for over 50 years, and although gravity is known to be very powerful, even over enormous distances, electromagnetic forces are 1039 times stronger over the same distances.

This is a good segue into Alan C. Holt’s work, which I was only made aware of this last weekend by a post on r/UFOs (https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs). Holt’s *Field Resonance Propulsion Concept* paper of 1979 has this for the Abstract:

*“A new "propulsion" concept has been developed based on a proposed resonance between coherent, pulsed electromagnetic waveforms and gravitational waveforms (or space-time metrics). Using this concept a spacecraft "propulsion" system potentially capable of galactic and inter-galactic travel without prohibitive "travel times" has been designed. The "propulsion" system utilizes recent research associated with* *magnetic field line merging*, *hydromagnetic wave effects*, *free-electron lasers, laser generation of megagauss fields, and special structural and containment metals. Research required to determine potential, field resonance characteristics and to evaluate various aspects of the spacecraft "propulsion" design is described.”*

The strength of electromagnetism over great distances is a known fact and is exploited every day in our power grids. Electrical generators of differing sizes can synchronize their AC waveform outputs and run together in parallel, where their spinning rotors are electromagnetically coupled to one another. The control systems operating each generator delicately balance the speed of each machine to maintain the required load – speeding up and slowing down the generators thousands of times a second. If the control system fails or is the victim of a cyberattack, the generator suffers a reverse power flow and becomes an electric motor and usually destroying the engine/turbine driving it. There are protection relays that usually prevent this from happening, but nonetheless, it is a well-known mechanism for cyber-attack against power generation equipment. Perhaps the plasma generated by exo-atmospheric nuclear weapon blasts causes some type of similar reverse power effect in the propulsion systems and causes them to fall out of the sky?

I’d also like to touch on something that was discovered/given to me last weekend regarding SIMULATIONS. After the Test Ban Treaty of 1963, high-altitude ionospheric plasma generation could only be studied via crude computer simulations. However, in the late 1960s, a researcher named Kanstantinos (Dennis) Papadopoulos started investigating space plasmas. From 1969 to 1979, while at the Naval Research Laboratory, he originated the concept of multi-fluid software codes with self-consistent anomalous transport. These software codes provided the capability to simulate the ionospheric effects of high-altitude nuclear weapons explosions using supercomputer simulations and culminated in the construction of the $300 million High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) in 1990 to test the computer model outputs empirically.

One of Papadopoulos’ papers has the following abstract:

*“Polar ionospheric heaters have generated ULF/ELF/VLF waves by modulating the auroral electrojet at D/E region altitudes. We present theoretical/computational results indicating that modulated F-region HF heating can generate ionospheric currents even in the absence of electrojet currents. The ELF currents are driven in a two-step process. First, the pressure gradient associated with F-region electron heating drives a local diamagnetic current. This acts as an antenna to inject Magneto-Sonic (MS) waves in the* *ionospheric plasma*. Second, the electric field of the magneto-sonic wave drives Hall currents when it reaches the E region of the ionosphere. The Hall currents act as a secondary antenna that injects waves in the Earth-Ionosphere Waveguide below and Shear Alfven waves upwards to the conjugate regions. The paper examines the scaling and limitations of the concept and suggests proof-of-principle experiments using the *HAARP ionospheric heater*.”

The mention of “Hall Effect currents” here is interesting as well – both Oke Shannon’s notes and Holt’s propulsion methods reference “B2” which is used to represent the magnetic Hall effects in equations.

Are the U.S. military / industrial complex scientists still using computer-generated simulations to model ionospheric plasmas and possible UFO/UAP incursions? It appears they are. John Greenewald’s recent FOIA responses included a reference to something called SENTIENT, and its use by the National Reconnaissance Office for research regarding the UAP Task Force in June 2021. What is SENTIENT? Its full name is SENTIENT WORLD SIMULATION, and it is a parallel processing supercomputer hosted at Purdue University. A great overview of the system can be found here:

It would seem that UFOs/ UAPs are being input into the data stream feeds of the Sentient World Simulation – the question is now, why? Are they modeling various scenarios for the deployment of ionospheric plasma shields against the catastrophic consequences of EMP effects on our power grids? Perhaps they are modeling the effects of Disclosure on the world population? A “do something” scenario versus a “do nothing” scenario? In any case, the fact that UFOs/UAPs are part of the SENTIENT WORLD SIMULATION is further evidence in my mind that the phenomena *are* real and not visionary or fictitious.

The use of the SENTIENT WORLD SIMULATION for UAP research would also explain why the U.S. Government will not share this information with the other 5 EYES partners.

Finally, to get some perspective on what EMP does to our power grids, I highly recommend watching the documentary *Grid Down, Power Up*. There is still time to harden our power generation and distribution networks against EMP effects, but it needs to begin happening NOW.

The knowledge that protection from a hostile external force is available, however its deployment and use will send civilization back to the 1850s is probably why Lue Elizondo and others in the know feel “sombre".
