Context:

Driving home from work around 10pm at night.

Busy Highway. Approximately 15 miles from a major air force base.

I pulled over and tried to get the cars going by to show the speed at which the lights were going compared to the cars going by.

Not saying it was a UFO, but it was moving VERY slow, seemed to only be 400 feet maybe above the ground, and wider than a normal air force plane.

Sorry for short video, but when you experience oddities like this, you kind of don’t think straight.

Also: no noise from the object, only two lights, no blinkers, and one of the lights shut off.
