Just saw this on Twitter. Not much information in the Tweet and not sure if it's Balloon related, but that's a very heavy smoke trail, whatever the heck it is.

Below is the original Tweet and looking through the comments this seems legit, as there's a ton of people asking for permission to use the video, and it also appears to have already made it to Fox News as well.
