P.S. document has a list of sightings, , fully described, with some similarities in the cases, for example: engine runs off on cars, light beams from some sort of weapons - instruments that paralyse witnesses, landings, UFO’s stalks cars etc, insane. Can’t wait for more info and discussion about it
