Description
this is a 1995 prime-time report on Soviet UFO sightings around nuclear weapons and sites. It's one of the scariest ufo sightings I know of. We also have the other case where a UFO turned off nuclear weapons from an American base. But in the soviet union, something worse happened. And the entire town saw the UFO.
