Saw this in a forum and decided to post it seeing there was no posts on this in this subreddit. Here are two separate videos showing the same craft flying at incredible speeds. I screen recorded this and zoomed in at the end to show how the craft casted a shadow on the building to the left.

This one does not provide a lot of information. Quote from the supposed cameraman of the first one dubbed “Srdjan8888: I saw a flying saucer hovering for a little while; I, stupefied by this event, gabbed my phone too late and caught only a fragment as it flew away.”

I cannot find any info on the second clip or the author “mvladimir87”

My two cents, and I do not claim to be an expert, but the fact that there are two separate clips and the second clip showing the shadow gives this credibility. It could very well be one guy posing as two posting his CGI as hoax, as it looks very fake, but who knows after seeing the tom delonge upload and how similarly they move.
