Description

Given the recent discussions on UAP lights and plasma/oid and Ken Shoulder's EVO, offering a personal experience that maybe can help with the discussion about the nature of the UAP lights potentially being some form of plasma/oid.

I’m just a Joe Schmoe, not a scientist, pseudo scientist, UFOlogist, etc.. I am regular guy familiar with aircraft, helos, drones. I believe I was overflown by a UAP, in trying to understand what I experienced I've been reading up and trying to figure out the "lights".

Late October/November last year - walking my dog in our neighborhood park just North of Chicago - I was overflown, head straight up, by a UAP. Viewing conditions: Clear, dark sky, temp around 50F, no apparent wind, no fog/storm/etc, calm. I was minding my own damn business, too.

No, not Billy Meiers.

Just a Dad walking our family dog before going to bed. Do I "know" what it is I saw? No. What do I think I saw? A UAP with really freaky lights.

If it was at tree top level it was huge.

If it was even a little higher than that my anxiety level skyrockets contemplating how big it might have been. I've read FAA minimum ceiling is 1,500(?)ft above the highest local object for a metro area(?). If so, less than a quarter block from where I was standing was a commercial smokestack from the large retirement facility on whose property I was almost on.

I never saw the size or shape of the craft itself. I don't know why not. I should have seen something, I think.

Underneath had two “lights”, white-ish, synchronized in a mesmerizing strobing effect.

I got a really good look at them.

Not a subject matter expert, but, they did not appear to me to be incandescent, filament lights, or LEDs. If they were FAA anti-collision lights they are enormous in diameter. After the dog and I recovered - brought us to a stand still in surprise both looking up - and amusingly she turned her head and looked back at me after it zipped past like I knew what it was. I scoured YouTube and FAA cert light manufacturers to see if I could find any lights even close to these. I also looked at videos of aircraft and helos flying at night. I was trying to convince myself it was a suicidality low airplane or helo and was looking for lights that would prove that belief to be true. But, I didn't find anything even remotely close to what I saw.

Yes, nearby are three airports and the USCG helos skirt the lake front from time to time. We're near a highway and a hospital complex. No, I didn't know at the time to check a flight tracker. Sure it could have been an airplane, helo, blimp, swamp gas, whatever anyone wants to believe. In my opinion, holy God, it was a UAP.

Anyway, what did these lights look like? The lights looked to me like a plasma.

They looked like they were inside two - huge - recessed wells.

The edges were super crisp.

Meaning the lights looked like giant pizza pans of light with black all around them.

Inside was an unevenly distributed level of light. Some bits, like smaller “clouds” marginally dimmer than other bits.

Across these lights were what looked like dotted lines that were wavy and they seemed to segment the lights into almost equal portions. Like someone used an arts and crafts spiked cutting wheel. It also looked like a pizza cut up by a drunk person.

What was overwhelming besides its apparent proximity, the lights were strobing and were so d@mn brilliant, they stung, right on the edge of pain.

But, oddly. As bright as they were, they did not light up the tennis court that my dog and I were cutting across. There are really tall shrub bushes and youngish maples very near by. These didn't light up either. (So, maybe it wasn't that close? If it was high enough up to generate that level of intense light but not illuminate where I was standing, then, sorry it's outside my capacity to comprehend.)

Also, the lights didn't ruin my night vision. They did not even leave an after image (you know, those blue spots that are burned into your vision like a camera flash?). I don't have any answers. Just questions.

The lights looked like this (this is not an accurate representation just a rough pass to try and give an idea - I'm no artist and don't doodle with digital anything.) Take these things and make them strobe 4 times really fast, in less than a second or two.

Late Oct\/early Nov 2021, Evanston, IL, around 7-8pm, clear, calm, 50'sF - don't have art or digital skills, these are rough recreations of the two synchronized, \\"plasma\\" like lights on the underside (?) of the craft (?). (https://preview.redd.it/5n0wuo0kk5d81.png?width=1350&format=png&auto=…)

Crude attempt with no art/digital skills to do anything remotely close to what I saw. These are just a very rough quick attempt. But represent what I saw.

I tried to convince myself it was a plane or helo.

Now the ambient lighting of the area is pretty strong. There are high intensity flood lights in the city park, street lighting and then very bright parking lot lights at the nearby retirement home,

You would think with all that light, I should have seen more of the craft.

I didn't. Nothing. Not a single nav light or landing landing lights. Not even the smallest glint of a reflection from the all of the lights immediately underneath it.

Maybe it was because of the strong brilliant lights? Or, because it was higher up or because - maybe a cloaking field(?) or partial manifestation(?) - your guess is as good as mine. All I saw were these two huge lights and nothing else of the craft.

Finally, it looked like the lights were pointing down, not tilted, yet, the craft was completing curving turn.

The closest sources I found later on that matched what I saw were Dr. Bruce Cornet’s book on UAP, "Unconventional Aerial Phenomena In the Hudson & Wallkill River Valley of New York". A geologist he did a pain staking study with high grade magnetometers that yielded some interesting theories. So, I reached out to him to ask him about what I saw, he responded, in part, with this:

*"When I was first introduced to this phenomenon in 1992 through the book, Silent Invasion (1991) by Ellen Crystall, as a scientist I wanted to see what she was describing near my home in Middletown, NY.  I contacted her and she invited me out skywatching with her and several other people.  What I saw that first night out was incredible.  As a scientist I wanted to document what I was seeing with cameras.  Ellen was photographing and videotaping also.  That began 11 years of field work in the Wallkill River Valley and Hudson Valley of New York.  I put all my photos and videos online in dozens if not hundreds of web pages.  In 2019 I published my book on my work.  On 11 December of this year I will be presenting my findings to MUFON Phoenix, AZ.*

*I suggest you research and contact UFO groups in your area, and ask to attend their meetings. I am not sure you were abducted by any of the craft you saw, but should you suspect you have been, you might want to attend a local Abduction group also. You will get support and comfort from those experiencers, who will help you understand that you are not alone.*

*Check out my two hour YouTube video on my work and findings. I give detailed descriptions and pictures of the hundreds of encounters I had between 1992 and 2003. Both Ellen Crystall and I were followed around the valley by craft, that put on deliberate performances with their plasma lights in the night sky. They tried to mimic aircraft navigation lights and sounds, but imperfectly with distinctions. I finally had to accept the evidence that these aliens lived underground and have been there for thousands of years.  They created angular craft and simulated our aircraft so as not to frighten locals and in order to camouflage their craft as much as possible.  We are the intruders and destroyers.  They were here on Earth first, before mankind spread across the globe after the last Ice Age. Native Americans recognize them and communicated with them (cf. petroglyphs). We "Westerners" are being woken up to their presence among us. They are thousands of years more advanced than us. Google YouTube.com Bruce Cornet."*

Dr. Cornet has spent a lot of time looking into this and has some interesting conclusions.

Me? I'm just a guy with a dog taking a walk.

Also, there a YouTube interview of a fella, Tim Ley, that had the Phoenix lights craft go over him and his family. He describes pretty much what I saw.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KaQBfgszbDU around 2 minutes in he talks about the lights.

Personal opinion: these are not “lights” as we understand light. They looked like a plasma, ion gas glow, there is a woo factor, too. It makes an emotional impression. I don’t know if that’s an ontological shock or something more. IMHO, It is more than mental. And, if you believe in chakra stuff (which i thought was all a bunch BS...I don't not anymore) then - to me it seemed to cause a lingering effect in the heart chakra on top of leaving me pretty wigged out. I got a gist that these things somehow connect with us in a way I’ve not encountered before. It “pushes” you. It messes with your consciousness. You wonder "did I see that?" "What did I see?" "How is that possible?"
"Why?" A lot of questions. It leaves you uncomfortably unsettled wondering not just mentally, what the hell was that, but feeling something as well, and it's turbulent.

I reported it to CUFOS, btw, the intake researcher asked a good question(s) - if you held something up at arms length to cover the lights you saw what would it be? A quarter, baseball, basketball? My answer - a boogie board and I sent him a picture of one so we were both on the same page. What was interesting about the intake form - no questions asking about the emotional or mental impact. Without this element only a part of the experience is captured.

If asked - holy crap - it’s real, it’s not human, it works in ways I don’t understand, dear God this thing wields unbelievable amounts of energy.

If asked 'what is the closest "human" thing you've seen compared to these lights?", my answer would be IF the light were blue (reminder: they weren’t) then the closest thing I’ve seen in our world is video of Cherenkov Radiation in a nuke reactor - but greatly intensified and crossed with clam chowder without the chunks.

West is left. Aerial view of Presbyterian Homes. Red circle with white border is over the tennis courts where the observer was walking E-W. The red arrow shows the curving flight path of the craft. The red oval is the commercial smoke stack. The parking lots just below the tennis courts are illuminated by tall, very bright LED lights (https://preview.redd.it/otx3glkyk5d81.png?width=2560&format=png&auto=…)

W is to the left. The red oval is the commercial smoke stack. The arrow shows the UAP flight path as seen from the ground by the observer.

![img](n6wntlaml5d81 "This is crappy, not even really close, but it does give some idea. The flight path is off,.
It came more from the left to right than is shown. I don't have the skills or software to \"perfect it\" sorry. What was killer - it felt like the thing was really big and right at tree top level.")

NOT A UAP. Parking lot LED light that reminded me of the UAP lights when they strobed. Just to give something as a reference. (https://preview.redd.it/iurbc8xzl5d81.jpg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto…)
