Location: Southwestern Indiana, not far from Evansville

This certainly is not the greatest pictures in the world, but I also didn't think I would have any at all. Last week, I had taken a week's worth of vacation for deer hunting. Once on Nov. 12, and twice on Nov. 14, I saw an object in the evening when I was exiting the woods after hunting. I'm not sure how to describe it, other than there was no sounds, and it appeared to be a long, cigar-shaped object with several lights arranged in a straight line. When I arrive or leave the woods while it's still dark, I try to use a tiny handheld light that illuminates the ground in front of me just enough so that I can make sure I don't trip on anything. The first time I saw it on the 12th, I noticed some lights shining through the trees and lighting up portions of the ground as I was walking towards my truck. The lights weren't super bright, but there was definitely enough to catch my attention. It was flying from east towards the west and did't appear to be very high above the trees. There was barely enough light in the sky after the sun had set that I could just make out the outline of it as it went by. I have no idea how fast it was going, but imagine you are standing beside a highway watching cars go by - that's what it reminded me of. It was also flying perpendicular to it's direction of travel.

I'm sort of a drone enthusiast and have a couple myself and sometimes go to a couple of places in the area where drone pilots meet. It was definitely no drone. It was quiet that night and had it not been for the lights, I never would have seen it. It also seemed to be far too big to be a any drone I am familiar with and it was totally silent. The lights were also a blue / aqua color. Fast forward two nights later to the 14th. Same scenario again, walking out of the woods and I saw the same thing same direction, similar speed, same lights, no sound. I lost sight of it just like I did before in the same area. It was flying in the same direction I was walking, east to west. After I arrived back at my truck, I was standing there in the dark putting some of my gear away. I happened to glance back towards the area I had just came from and I could see it again through the trees. It had either flown back over my head without me noticing it or it had circled back around and was stationary near the portion of the woods where I had just walked from. On the far side of the wooded area I hunt in is a cut corn field and it looked as if it was hovering or moving so slow I couldn't tell. It was below the tops of the trees and I could only see the lights of it, but they were near the ground. Say what you will, but I was frightened and got in my truck and took off. I told my wife about it that night but after our initial discussion, I mostly put it out of my mind.

This morning after I was finished hunting, I collected the trail cam SD cards that I have throughout the area. As I was going through the series of pictures from one camera in particular, there was a long series of pictures showing an possum that I've caught on camera dozens of times. The camera is stationed along a dry creek bed and I'm almost certain that the possum is what triggered the camera to take the two pictures posted here, not the object. These aren't super high quality cameras and their night mode shots are not in color. You can barely make out the possum's head as it was rooting around in the creek bed but there, through and above the trees in two of the pictures is the object. It was again somewhere over the cornfield but you can sort of make out how low it was to the ground and somewhat make out the trees that appear in front of it. The pictures aren't earth-shattering proof, but I at least wanted to share. These are copies of the original, take directly off of the SD card. I left the date and time stamp that the camera puts on each picture also for reference. These pictures were taken about five hours after I had already left the area.
