Description
What do you guys think of this release? It's pretty much the most shocking one i've found so far. It basically states that a cobalt ray is capable of mind reading or am i wrong? It's kind of hard to think it's real, but is it so hard? How many times have you thought of something and it has appeared on your phone? What are your thoughts on this specifical file? There's another thing that pops my mind: The telegram is from Texas to Mexico! Would it really be possible to control human senses with the cobalt ray?
