Description
So I was googling Foo Fighters. These were glowing orbs and metallic spheres that World War II dog fighters frequently reported. They didn't conceptually think of these things as UFOs at the time. In the Wikipedia article about Foo Fighters it says that some of these have been photographed. The first and most clear photograph I found of these things was captured by a german pilot in May 1945 near Karnten, Germany.

Looks a lot like a Tic-Tac to me.
