It was a black flying saucer with dim humming lights and not too high from the ground

I was walking outside with my cousin and parents walking my dog and for about maybe 20 seconds we all saw the saucer flying fast by us it wasn't super fast but fast enough to know it wasn't an aircraft it had a humming noise and had dim lights and something in the bottom spinning I couldn't really make out what it was then it made a sharp turn left the started going up west and it moved super fast upward like it was going into the sky
