When: 4/28/26
Where: 10 minutes north of Goleta, Ca, USA
Time: 6:40 pm
Conditions: clear
I Saw this object in the sky for a minute or 2 before recording video when riding Amtrak /Pacifc Coatliner going north bound. We left the Goleta station about 10 minutes before headed toward Vandenberg SFB. When I zoomed in on the object, It Seemed to be bouncing in all different directions. Crazy looking . It definitely was not one of the oil platforms that are in this area.
