Forensic Analysis Claims 2023 “4chan Whistleblower” Was Likely Lockheed Martin Composite Persona

This report presents an open-source forensic analysis attempting to identify the anonymous “4chan whistleblower” who posted in May 2023 claiming to be a terminally ill Lockheed Martin engineer with knowledge of a UAP recovery program. Unlike crash-retrieval narratives, the whistleblower described a massive underwater autonomous manufacturing facility in the Atlantic (“The Construction”) that allegedly produces UAP drones in-situ.

Using obituary databases, aerospace registries, and employment records, the analysis claims with >90% confidence that the persona was a composite identity combining two Lockheed Martin engineers: William “Bill” Holly, whose liver cancer diagnosis and death timeline matched the whistleblower’s stated prognosis, and Robert “Bob” Boyer, a Space Systems engineer whose technical background in inverse scattering and sensor physics aligned with the whistleblower’s detailed explanations of stealth, radar signature suppression, and orbital sensor capabilities.

The report argues Holly’s illness was used as a “biographical authentication key,” while Boyer likely contributed the technical content. It also highlights the whistleblower’s claims that UAP craft are manufactured underwater using advanced additive processes, that recovered “biologics” are functional components rather than pilots, and that agencies like the NRO possess higher-fidelity UAP data but restrict access.

If authentic, the whistleblower’s account reframes UAP not as extraterrestrial visitors but as products of an ongoing autonomous industrial process operating within Earth’s oceans—suggesting long-term, non-human technological presence and a strategic stalemate between humanity and a superior system.
