Location: Old 3rd St Rd and New Cut

I seen this while driving into work between old 3rd St Rd and New Cut Rd. Nearly wrecked so I pulled over. What the video doesn't show happened before I could pull over, I watched what appears to be a star literally decend from beneath the large stationary object. As it was descending it flashed a bright green light 3 times which made it look like a bright circle for the lack of a better description. The light looked solid and was several times larger than the object it came from. Also after it descended to the point directly under it, it than jumped to the right in an instant and then just hovered. It was the most bizarre experience I've ever witnessed.
