I visited a tree nursery looking for trees. I was too busy looking at the trees to notice the strange object overhead.

I doubt that it's just something sitting on the lens as the next picture taken mere seconds after doesn't show any trace of it.

I haven't made any edits to try and sharpen the area. The entire photo is in focus, except for that object. A fast moving plane doesn't seem right - wouldn't the blurring appear more directional in this case? Otherwise maybe an insect? 🤔
